 Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueStand up guy. I could tell just talking to them on the phone, they were a good company. Being one of the closest carpet cleaners to the San Tan Valley/Florence area makes it more convenient than most.

When they came out, they gave an honest and deeply informative explanation of the work needed done. Super personable as well. We didn't end up deciding to get the work done for now, but they will definitely be our #1 choice in the future.

We had already left the home to move across country when they came to do the cleaning. Communication was great and they sent pics after showing me the great work. We had a situation where they had to come back and help again at no fault of their own. They were able to come out even on their day off before closing to make it happen! I feel they went over and above and I truly appreciate it!

Responsiveness, Robert has cleaned our carpets and chairs twice now and has done such an excellent job. He's meticulous and was able to remove really bad spots that other companies were unable to. My extra dirty dining chairs that had kid spills all over and light yellow upholstery looked virtually new when he was finished. He's been on time and respectful of everything in our home. We will always return to this company for future cleanings.

Professionalism, My very first experience with On Point carpet cleaning and moving forward I’ll continue to use their services!

First and foremost Ashley who u made the appointment with was extremely personable and very kind. Robert who cleaned my carpets was very prompt, very professional and personable as well.

He takes the extra steps other carpet companies don’t. One example is I always vacuum my carpets prior to having them cleaned. On Point has their own specialty vacuum that picks up all the fibers prior to cleaning, which me vacuuming wasn’t necessary. He has machines that others don’t even use. Robert takes the time to show you and explain each of his steps as well as he takes pride in his work and it most definitely shows!

For any of you shopping around for carpet cleaning companies, STOP right here, you won’t be at all dissatisfied! If I can give 10 stars I would!! On Point hands down most definitely has my business!!!!!

We have tar from the garage that gets tracked into the house and have light carpet in the bedrooms and you can’t even tell when they are done. We also have a naughty puppy and any pet stains are gone and no pet smells. I personally won’t use anyone else and highly recommend anyone considering this company, you will not be disappointed.
